the 13-week is a roll-forward with a cushion — you built the front eight; the back five are the same five keys
The lender group gets the refreshed 13-week on Friday. Treasury has collections and disbursements in for weeks one through eight — the spine is yours: net cash flow each week, the cash roll-forward where every week opens on the last one’s close, and the cushion against the minimum liquidity the credit agreement holds the company to. Total the flow lines only; a balance does not add across weeks. The ending-cash row ships bolded and ruled, and the week the cushion goes negative is the number the lenders will open on.
