fill right copies what you hand it — a series reads the step off the seeds and keeps going.
The long-range plan tab came back from the data room with its frame stripped: every figure survived, the year header stops after two columns and the Ref column stops after two numbers. Put the header back across the plan columns and dress it over the figures, carry the line numbers down the way the two seeds set them, and set the components under their heading so the page reads. Fill Right would hand you the first year seven times.
