Common-size both statements
each block divides by its own revenue — lock the divisor and the fill carries it down the block, never across the page.
Both segment P&Ls are on one page for the strategy review and neither common-size column has been filled in. Show every line as a percent of that segment’s own revenue, one decimal, and bold each revenue line so the reader can see the base it is read against. There are two revenue lines on this page: the divisor has to be locked to the block it belongs to, or the fill drags it down the column and the numbers come out plausible and wrong. Both blocks land somewhere new every run.
