Repair the schedule

F2 edits inside the cell — and Ctrl+Z is what saves you when the note is wrong.
A review came back on the headcount schedule: one team name is misspelled, one FY formula is pointing at the wrong row, and the Total never grew to cover the last line. Repair all three. Then there is the sweep note at the top — do what it says, and watch what happens to the total you just fixed.
