Assemble and format the summary

cut is a move — the old spot empties itself, and segment order rides along.
Assemble the segment summary from the feed blocks on the right. Copy the segment and revenue DATA across — not the feed’s own headers, and the original stays filed. The EBITDA and operating income feeds are misfiled and belong in the table: move each into its summary column. Every feed lists the segments in the same order as the summary, so the rows pair off top to bottom. Dress as you go — headers bold and centered, the revenue figures reading right — then work out each segment’s EBITDA margin, box the finished table and save.

The shortcuts in this drill
Alt walks: tap Alt, release, then the letters in sequence — each key steps one ribbon menu. On a Mac, tap and use the same letters (KeyTips, Excel 2024+).
Ctrl+Shift+→⌘⇧→ on macExtend selection to the edge of data
Select from here to the end of the row — grab a header or a year of quarters in one chord.
Ctrl+Shift+↓⌘⇧↓ on macExtend selection to the edge of data
Select from here to the edge of the data — the standard grab before formatting or filling a column.
Ctrl+C⌘C on macCopy
Copy starts almost every hand-off — grab a finished block once, then place it in the summary, the deck, or next quarter’s column.
Ctrl+V⌘V on macPaste
Plain paste brings everything: values, formulas, formats. Reach for Paste Special when you only want part of it.
Ctrl+B⌘B on macBold
Bold marks structure: titles, total rows, anything the reviewer’s eye should land on first.
Alt h a c⌥ h a c on macAlign center
Center headers over their columns — alignment is half of readability.
Alt h a r⌥ h a r on macAlign right
Right-align headers over number columns so they sit flush with their digits.
Ctrl+X⌘X on macCut
Cut moves a block and drags its references along intact — the safe way to reorganize a page without breaking the wiring.
